The locals in Tapeshwary VDC of Udayapur have stopped showing interest in the protection of the community forests that were formed eight years ago as they were not handed over to them. Bulbule, Belara, and the Amarjyoti community forests that were formed during 1994 there are lacking proper attention and protection.
