A low cost mass housing project at Goregaon in Mumbai is being developed by the Nagri Nivara Parishad (NNP) and is being constructed by B E Billimoria & Company in technical collaboration with Mascon Engineering Limited, a Canada based company which spcialises in low cost housing projects.
