Luxury cars will now be costlier in the city. The Delhi transport department is about to introduce an ad valorem road tax for all vehicles. According owners will have to pay 2 percent one time road tax for vehicles costing upto Rs 4 lakhs and 4 percent for vehicles costing more than that.
