As the water level in Kootuhole has declined, the CMC has decided to supply water on alternate days from March 3. The inflow of water in Kootuhole, Kannandabane, Pampinakere and Roshanara has declined. Kootuhole, Kannandabane, Pampinakere and Roshanara are the main source of water to the town. The water storage has declined and it will be difficult to supply water daily till monsoon. So CMC has decided to supply water on alternate days, informed a release from Commissioner K Srikanthrao. He appealed the public not to watse water.
