Magsaysay Award winner and water conservation expert Rajendra Singh of Rajasthan said that it is necessary to create awareness among the younger generation about the importance of water conservation. He was inaugurating the 26th annual State-level "Krishi Mela'' organised by Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), Koteshwara (Udupi district).
