Canadian Milissa Vatikin has joined thaousands of couples flocking to the U.S. to cash in on the disputed luxury of being able to dictate the sex of their next baby. Parents from around the world, including apparently India, are forking out around $19,000 ( about Rs 8.55 lakh) for a ground breaking gender selection treatment offered by only a handful of U.S. clinics but banned in most countries.
