The public sector Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) and Biwater Harthasuma Consortium, a contracting firm of the ARA Corporation of Kuala Lumper, have signed a memorandum of understanding for developing a Rs. 450-crore water treatment project at Kalamassery, the industrial hub near Kochi.
