MALKANGIRI: The Total Sanitation Campaign has changed the face of tribal dominated Kanjali village under Padmagiri gram panchayat in Malkangiri district. The campaign has made the village completely free of open defecation thereby making a quality difference to the lives of its inhabitants. The village, comprising a cluster of 73 households and hutments with population of 350 persons, mostly Koya tribals, is now considered a model total sanitation village.
