The board of directors of Maruti Udyog Ltd(MUL) will meet on Friday to discuss the implications of the recent Supreme Court order on emission norms as also take up Mr Jagdish Khattar's appointment as the second managing director of the country's largest car maker.The board would take a final view on the implication of the Supreme Court judgement and the total cost which it will have to bear as a result of the modifications which are being brought about to make Maruti vehicles Euro-I compliant, company sources said on Wednesday.
