The Delhi Lieutenant-Governor, Mr. Vijai Kapoor, today stressed the need to address the issues relating to poverty in Delhi's new Master Plan and said that the all important issues of employment should be included in the Five Year Plans to give a new thrust. Inaugurating a workshop on "Transportation, Land use and Environment", organised by the Planning Department of the Delhi Government, Mr. Kapoor emphasised the relationship of employment and environmental upgradation.
