The Karnataka State Government is devising a master plan to rejuvenate the lakes in Bangalore. Mr Mohamed Sanaulla, Secretary- Department of Ecology and Environment on Wednesday, said the master plan would be part of a national urban development programme. "The project is still on paper and will cover the 100-plus lakes in Bangalore. The Lake Development Authority will anchor it,' he said after inaugurating a one-day seminar organised by CARTMAN as part of the World Environment Day celebrations.
