The Adivasi Dalit Agitation Council chairperson, C. K. Janu, today alleged that the controversy over encroachments at the Mathikettan Hill was the result of a deep rooted conspiracy instigated by the forest mafia and Hindu communalists to sabotage the agreement between the Kerala state government and the Adivasi Agitation Council following the historic 48-day struggle and came down heavily on the Chief Minister, A.K. Antony, for allegedly extending convert connivance to this move.
