Civil judge R.S. Sachdeva while declining the request of the Public Interest Litigation Forum to constitute a committee of five lawyers, including representatives pf the plaintiff, has, however, directed the muncipal corporation of Patiala to furnish a report on the working of tubewells and the state of chlorination by August 10.
