Municipal Commissioner S P Aggarwal on Thursday announced that the Corporation will conduct a survey in areas under its jurisdiction, to identify children between 4-11 years who are out of the school system. According to a statement isssued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), the survey which begins on Sunday will be carried out by the teachers and representatives of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). The survey aims at identifying the children of school age who are not within the educational system.
