Jal Board : The Delhi Jal Board is quite unhappy with the municipal corporaiton's claim of a 40 per cent increase in the number of cholera cases this year in the Capital--officials smell a conspiracy by the MCD to get back charge of water distribution, handled by the recently-formed Board. In fact, Board officials refuse to believe MCD and say the corporation's claim does not reflect the real picture. They feel MCD is including many patients from the outside Delhi in the list of cholera patients in Delhi.
