The Jaipur Zilla Doodh Utpadak Sangh, which is representing the fruits of the White Revolution at the ongoing Krishi Expo 2000 at Pragati Maidan. Started in 1990-91 at the initiative of the National Dairy Development Board, the Jaipur dairy has taken its milk production from a few thousand litres per day to about 3 lakh litres a day.
