Commercial Taxes Minister K Vijay Rama Rao was visibly angry with the MCH officials at a meeting held in Hyderabad today to review the implementation of phase VII of Neeru-Meeru programme. The minister, who heads the Hyderabd District Water Conservation Mission, asked the MCH officials to speed up the rain harvesting project works.
