Forest Minister K.H. ranganath on Thursday launched the Bangalore City Corporation's (BCC) ambitious 'Green Bangalore' programme by planting saplings at Lakshman Rau boulevard in the city.As part of the Green drive, the civic body would plant over 25,000 saplings, covering all its 100 wards, at a cost of rs 45 lakh.
