The Uttaranchal Minister for Forests, Mr Matwar Singh Kandari, today ordered Forest Department officials not to disturb the traditional rights of grazing and temporary inhabitation in the forest areas of the higher districts until alternate arrangements acceptable to nomadic tribals like Van Gujjars are made.
