The Pakistan environment minister, Barrister Shahida Jamil, has expressed her dissatisfaction with the slow progress of the spring tree plantation campaign. She was presiding over an inter-provincial ministerial meeting for Monsoon Tree Plantation Campaign 2002, held in the ministry.
