The human resources development ministry has set up a task force to monitor the working of the non-government organisations (NGOs) which receive funds from it. Replying to questions in the Rajya Sabha, minister of state HRD, Sumitra Mahajan, said that the rask force, headed by an additional secretary, would continuously monitor these NGOs en ensure proper use of funds.
