Union urban ministry is seriously considering the implementation of a proposal which should send the Delhi's spirits soaring. With a view to evolving a polluton-free alternative public-transport system, over and above the metro project, the Centre wants to run a sky-train-service in the city. Delhi is all set to take the new train of thought on public transport to new heights.
