Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M), maker of utility vehicles and tractors, has launched its battery-operated, three-wheeler, 'Bijlee', in Delhi. To start with, the company will run 10 Bijlees as 'maxicabs' on two select routes in the Capital for six months. An MoU to this effect has been signed by the company with the Delhi Energy Development Authority(DEDA) and Skyline Automobiles, one of the its dealers.
