One of the greenest cities of the country, New Delhi will get 735,000 more saplings next month. But environmentalists are not sure how many of them will survive. Come July and authorities will rope in schoolchildren, voluntary groups and residents to regain the greenery that is fading as concrete expands in this city of 15 million.
