Mani : The Kerala Congress (M) leader and former Revenue Minister, Mr. K. M. Mani, said that the Kerala cabinet decision to dereserve 28,550 hectares of forest land for granting title deeds was only an LDF ploy to claim credit for something it was not entitled to.
