Rajya Sabha member Dr Y Radha Krishna Murty in a letter to Union minister for forests and environment alleged the violation of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act of 1967 and the Forest Conservation Act 1980 and urged the minister to look into various aspects of the forest management and administration in the state.
