Drawing from the experience of the education guarantee scheme(EGS) based on community ownership of primary schooling facility in every habitat, the Madhya Pradesh Government today observed the State's 43rd Foundation Day by launching an ambitious and radically revamped literacy movement called "Padhna Badhna Andolan".
