Enthused by the success of the "tamrind revolution" , the Madhya Pradesh government is working on a comprehensive strategy for ensuring optimum production and effective marketing of the nontimber forest produces, wooden artifacts and kosa silk produced in abundance in the tribal areas of the state. The objective: to bring prosperity to the vast body of the state's tribals.
