The Vizhingam Research Division of the Central Marine Fisheries Research Insitutue (CMFRI) has developed a new farming procedure for multi-crop system for cultivating pearls, mussels, dinifishes, shellfishes and other organisams in shallow sea bottom using cages especially designed and developed for the purpose.
