A multi-thematic ecological park will be set up at Sundipenta of Nallamala in Nagarjunasagar-Srisailam Tiger Reserve by the AP forest department. Eco-parks, zoological and botanical museums will also be set up opposite to the existing Centre for Bio-diversity Ecological Research (CBER). Mr K. Thulsi Rao, head of CBER and principal investigator, said, "There is a vast stretch of vacant land in front of the centre. We are going to use it for the multi-theme park." Mr Rao added that an education centre on environment will also be constructed on the premises. "Environmental awareness and wild life protection are the key aspects of this park."
