Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf referring to the dire water need for both agricultural and industrial development in the years ahead said that a decision on the construction of water reservoirs should be taken by next year, otherwise history will never forgive us. "We must take a decision by next year through provincial harmony, otherwise history will not forgive us," President Musharraf said, while presiding over a meeting of the parliamentary and technical committees, headed by Senator Nisar Memon and A.G.N. Abbasi at the Army House.
