NABARD loan for road projects in Mizoram

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned a total amount of Rs 22.33 cr loan for development of roads and drinking water facilities in Mizoram, an official statement said here today A sum of Rs 7.21 crore would be spent for implementing 17 new and 12 ongoing drinking water projects in Mizoram, the statement said. A road from Muallungthu in Aizawl district to Khumtung in Serchhip district will be built at a cost of Rs 15.12 cr given as loan by Nabard to the state government.
