The Lucknow Nagar Nigam (LNN) is all set to instal first ultramodern carcass utilisation plant in Uttar Pradesh. The proposal in this regard will be presented before the House in its meeting on Thursday. Under the provisions of the Nagar Nigam Act, it is the responsibility of the local body to dead animals within its limit. Bones and skin on dead animals are utilised by these committees and people for different uses.
