Andhra Pradesh Congress on Thursday accused Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of failure to take any initiative to resolve Almatti dam dispute with Karnataka and asked him to exert pressure on the Centre to find an amicable solution to the issue without further delay.CLP leader P Janardhan Reddy alleged that Mr Naidu 'neglected' the Krishna basin projects with regard to 'inept' handling of Almatti dam issue.
