The Commerce Minister, Mr. Ramakrishna Hegde, has said that the Government is keen to promote a national debate on various issues relating to the World Trade Organisation(WTO), particularly in the context of the issues likely to come up at the third Ministerial conference of the WTO scheduled to be held at Seattle, USA.
