The national convention of regional directors of Central Ground water Board will get under way in the State capital from Thursday. The venue of the event is Narmada Bhawan where ground-water experts from all over the country are arriving. A press release issued by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) on Wednesday informed the convention was being hosted by the Bhopal-based office of the Central ground-water Board, North-Central regional office. This is for the first time that the exercise is being held in the state capital. The two-day convention will discuss the falling ground-water levels in the country including Madhya Pradesh.
