Rumours of infiltration of Naxalites into Kollur in Kundapur district of Karnataka which is already in the news for encroachment, akramasakrama etc, are yet to be proved through investigation. People say that it may be a mere ploy to divert the attention of the people and police elsewhere at a time when the ganja crops in the Kollur reserve forest area have reached the stage of harvest.
