Kickstarted from the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), ZEV-2 - a battery-operated two-wheeler - is a noiseless, emission-less wonder, just what the doctor ordered for Indian roads. Designed by NEERI, the vehicle - the first of its kind developed indigenously -is getting finishing touches.
