The Lado Sarai residents have converted a Lodi period building into private toilets, cowsheds and a dumping ground for garbage. The misuse has been on for over four years now. INTACH, an organisation engaged in conservation of national monuments, sent representatives to visit the site last week to confirm the encroachment after the Lado Sarai DDA Flats Residents' Association had made a complaint with the trust.
