Nepal has banned the import of two-stroke motorcycles in a bid to improve air quality in the Himalayan kingdom, a newspaper report said on Tuesday. Mr. Bhakta Bahadur Balayar, a junior minister in charge of population and environment, told the daily Kathmandu Post that the ban would be enforced immediately.
