About 50 NGO representatives from Uttaranchal and neighbouring Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, formed a forum, 'Balshram Mukti Sanghatan' for eradication of child labour. The outcome was the result of a two day brainstorming session called by Anjana, of Jagriti, a World Vision of India Project.
