A new hydropower coalition yesterday called for Congress to act sooner, rather than later, on reforming the way dams are licensed or risk losing the consumer and electric power benefits from their use. WaterPower: The Clean Energy Coalition, is a new group of more than 270 hydropower producers, suppliers and parties interested in sustaining the hydropower industry.
