The Madhya Pradesh Government is taking radical steps to promote active participation of local village-level communities in commercial exploitation of forests and this was forcefully convened by the State Chief Minister, Digvijay Singh, when he said at a special function over the weekend that his government is fully committed to giving the people their rightful share in "Jal-Jungle-Jamin".
