The National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) is all set to usher in an era where laying of new underground utilities and rehabilitation of the old ones would no more mean disruption of normal life and inconvenience to the people in the form of closure of highways and roads, piling up of huge mounts of earth and other difficulties posed by extensive excavations.
