The transport department of the Delhi government will introduce a new "point to point" travel system for three-wheelers in the city. Under the new system, three wheelers with six seats and manufactured by a particular company, Vikram, will be used. These autorickshaws will ply between pre-decided points. They will not have any meter and the fare will be fixed.
