The Ministry of Water Resources has constituted an NGO group for creating public opinion amongst people to convince basin States for agreeing to link peninsular rivers and transfer of water from surplus to deficit areas. This was revealed by the Water Resources Secretary, Mr. Mata Prasad, at the 14th AGM of the National Water Development Agency Society on Thursday.
