Artists for Empowerment, a non-governmental organisation started a month-long campaign on Thursday to build awareness among the public on 'Clean Delhi.' One of the highlights of this campaign is the adoption of 200 child scavengers and child 'dhaba' workers by the NGO with the aim of educating them on issues of hygiene.
