Despite Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit claiming that privatisation of water in the Capital has been put on hold and her Government writing to the Congress president Sonia Gandhi stating that it will take a decision on this project only after receiving opinions from The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), the draft policy will be discussed at a panel discussion on "Serving the Urban Poor'' being organised here on Monday by Delhi Jal Board.
