The relationship that should exist between the Forest Department and the NGOs in Chennai's tree planting drive was the focus of a meeting sponsored by the Central Pollution Control Board here.At the end of the session on Sunday, there was intense resentment among several NGOs at the observations made by some Forest Department officials that the NGOs were not showing as much interest in tree planting as they did in "looking for garbage".
