National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has issued bidding documents for 15 projects. Out of these, 14 fall under the North South, while one comes under the East West portion of the NSEW phase of National Highway Development Programme (NHDP). Interestingly Reliance Energy and a Saudi Arabian company ETA Esckon are the two new companies, apart from the usual NHAI clients, that have bought project documents.
